(Sorry folks, we've turned away other campers for your site. Camping is an outdoor activity, so if you don't show up or you want to leave early due to the weather or bugs, sunburns etc., we can't give you a "price break" or refund)
*One night deposit required on all sites
*Credit Card information is required for all cabin & boat rentals (even if you are paying with cash or check)
*One sleeping unit per site ($25 extra if you add a tent to your site for 4 people)
*One week = 6 nights/7days
*Cabin Check in 3 P.M. - Check Out 11 A.M
*Additional visitors ages 5 and over are $10/night & $5/day under 3 yrs is free
(What is a "visitor" ? A visitor is someone that doesn't live under your roof & whom you would like to have visit you at Paradise Bay)
*Our beach/pool are available for our registered campers and their paying visitors only. Not open to the general public

New York state law requires all children ages 14 and younger wear life jackets while participating in any water sport.
The Row & Motor boats can be rented for several days,
just ask at the office for accommodations.
Boat Launch and Pull fee is $10 for our registered campers
Non campers may use our ramp to launch or pull their boats for a fee of $20
